Aaron Fusselman grew up in Akron, Ohio, where his single mother taught him to work harder than any problem in front of him and to keep his word. Coaches and Scout leaders stepped in as mentors, helping shape his drive and character. He thrived on both the honor roll and the school stage, finding balance between discipline and creativity. These experiences gave him early proof that leadership is built as much on adaptability as it is on perseverance.

After graduating from Barberton High School in 2000, Aaron worked full-time at Sherwin-Williams to put himself through college. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Milligan University in 2004 and later graduated first in his class with an MBA from Johnson University. His career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he became one of the youngest branch managers in the company. Sprint then recruited him to lead regional sales, where he built outcome-driven teams and developed a style rooted in accountability and transparency.

In 2011, Aaron transitioned into SaaS with ConstructConnect. Over the course of more than eight years, he never missed a quarterly goal, consistently overachieved on quotas ranging from 144% to 260%, and earned President’s Club recognition on multiple occasions. He led the company’s top U.S. sales team, expanded revenue into new markets, and even guided customer success efforts. SaaS provided him with the platform to combine process rigor with customer service in a way that leveraged his strengths.

Aaron entered GovTech in 2019, launching Kofile’s Florida operations before becoming the founding enterprise account executive at GovOS. There, he scaled revenue from zero to ten million in three years, driving a successful private equity sale. In 2022, he joined Lukka to establish its public sector practice, where he built an international team, secured federal and global contracts, and rapidly scaled recurring revenue across complex procurement environments.

At SimpliGov, Aaron Fusselman drove national growth, delivering three consecutive years of more than 50% annual expansion, culminating in a growth-equity transaction. Today, as National Sales Director at Polimorphic, he has tripled the revenue, expanded the sales organization, and led the company through a Series A funding round. Known as a servant-leader, Aaron builds teams defined by clarity, grit, and shared success.
