For more than 20 years, Aaron G. Byrnes of Newport Beach, California, has worked with Byrnes & Kiefer, a fourth-generation family company. He holds a board position with the company and for the past 15 years has led as chief executive officer of the Chefmaster division. Responsible for strategic development and marketing for Chefmaster, he also oversees the company's manufacturing activities and strives to ensure workplace safety.

Acknowledged for his expertise in the food industry, Aaron G. Byrnes has received write-ups in a number of publications, including Bake Magazine, Candy and Snack, and Baking Buyer. He stands out as a regular attendee of the Western Candy Conference and maintains active membership in such professional organizations as the Retail Baker Association, the International Association of Color Manufacturers, and the National Confectioner Association.

In his free time, Mr. Byrnes enjoys a number of active hobbies, including golf, skiing, and mountain biking. He travels both domestically and abroad and is a lover of fine dining, art, and theater. A contributor to his community as well, he donates to such organizations as Project Access, Pegasus Elementary School, and Boys Hope Girls Hope.
