Currently in Channel Marketing and Business Development for Texas Instruments, a company that develops semiconductor and microcontroller technologies, Aaron M. Grassian seeks to increase revenue and reach through mass marketing strategies that target customers and distribution in Asia. Utilizing his years of experience in marketing and sales for small and large businesses, Aaron M. Prior to joining Texas Instruments, Aaron M. Grassian served with Luminary Micro. Initially starting as the Asia Pacific Sales Manager in 2006, he had advanced to Director of Sales of all Asia Pacific operations in 2007. Working within the industry of semiconductors and microcontrollers, Aaron M. Grassian demonstrated great leadership and business foresight. He was responsible for establishing the Asia Pacific distribution network that was comprised of 16 distributors. Overseeing the hiring and managing a team of sales and applications engineering personnel in China and India, he also secured significant customer design wins in a variety of fields such as lighting, robotics, signature readers, HVAC, security systems, iPod docking and others. .Aaron M. Grassian introduced a number of 32-bit ARM Cortex M3 microcontroller products to Asia using seminars and design house partner programs. As Director of Sales, he also established numerous procedures for point-of-sale reporting, opportunity registration, forecasting, and more processes that became standardized during his time there.
