Hi there, I'm Aaron Heaven from Hawkeye Projects (also incorporating our Renovation & Extension arm 4Walls+More).
I've been in the building industry for more than 20 years. I am a builder by trade and completed by apprenticeship with the Master Builders Association.
I started out running a small business and doing small renovations in Melbourne's North, then moved into project management for various major builders throughout Melbourne, while studying for my DB-U Builders License.
Once licensed I started a fully-fledged building company undertaking Multi Unit developments, new homes and extensions.
From the Project Management days and working for major building companies, I have realised it not really about the building, its more about understanding peoples needs, wants and having the ability to see the skill in people.
