Aaron is an international advocate, with nearly two decades of experience leading campaigns giving individuals greater voice and power in the democratic process.
Most recently, Aaron was employed by Greenpeace International, designing and delivering cross-cultural campaign and leadership training programs. He previously helped develop the “Long-Term Global Framework” that is guiding the organization and its work in 55 countries over the next decade.
Prior to Greenpeace, Aaron worked for the Australian Services Union and led the Australian Council of Trade Union’s 2013 digital election team — a first for the Australian trade union movement. Aaron’s also held roles with the International Trade Union Confederation in Belgium, the Obama White House, GetUp! — Action for Australia, and the American Civil Liberties Union.
Aaron graduated magna cum laude with a degree in History from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay in 2005 — subsequently complemented by certificates in Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace as well as Excellence in Non-Profit Leadership.
