Aaron is an international advocate, with more than 12 years of experience leading campaigns to give individuals greater voice and power in the democratic process.
Most recently Aaron was employed by Greenpeace International, helping create the Long-Term Global Framework that will guide the organisation over the next decade. Prior to Greenpeace, Aaron was the Digital Director at the Australian Services Union, after having led the Australian Council of Trade Union’s 2013 digital election team — a first for the Australian trade union movement. Aaron’s also served as a strategist with the International Trade Union Confederation in Belgium, a Crowd Logistics Lead on President Obama's advance team, Campaigns Director at GetUp! — Action for Australia, and as National Field Events & Constituency Outreach Organizer at the American Civil Liberties Union.
Aaron graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay in May 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in History.
