Aaronica Cole is the mom behind the award-winning site The Crunchy Mommy.com--the practically green guide for on-the-go moms. She’s been a blogger for more than 12 years and decided to become a full-time blogger after having her second baby. The most popular question that she’s asked about her blog is, “Why ‘The Crunchy Mommy’?”

This was actually a nickname given to her by fellow mom and longtime friend after consistently offering more natural solutions that worked to mom friends in a moms group. Thinking that more moms could benefit from this information, as well as lessons learned from many, many failures at mom-ing, she started The Crunchy Mommy.

Aaronica hasn’t always been an eco-conscious mom who blogs. Prior to taking the first step in making her dreams come true, she worked in Corporate America in various positions ranging from Human Resource Professional to Business Analyst. After one of her college friends offered the advice of “if you can hustle hard for people you don’t like, imagine what you can do for yourself”. And imagine she did. Aaronica strives to make a difference in the lives women and moms all around the world and this is one of the things she’s very passionate about.

Aaronica possesses a B.A. in Psychology from Spelman College and an M.B.A. concentrating in Marketing. She’s married to the man of her dreams and has 3 children who she homeschools. When she’s not writing, mom-ing, teaching, or wife-ing, you can find her sewing and researching how to not kill the plants she loves.

She's been featured on TheKitchn.com, Red Tricycle, Huffington Post, The Root, The Curvy Fashionista, and The VoyagerATL Trailblazer.

While writing is her superpower, it isn't all she does! She's been a keynote panelist at ShiftCon and featured speaker at Shiftcon, BlogLifeUniversity, and MomsMeet Wow Summit. In 2019, you can catch her speaking at the Megaphone Summit, Blissdom, WOW Summit and ShiftCon.
