Aaron Marzwell

A real estate developer with more than two decades of experience, Aaron Marzwell founded and serves as CEO of APPA Real Estate in Los Angeles. Over his career, Aaron Marzwell has completed billions of dollars in real estate transactions, including more than 2,300 multifamily units and 100 multifamily properties. Under his leadership, APPA furnishes accredited investors with real estate opportunities in Opportunity Zones, low-income census areas nominated and supported by the U.S. government for development.

As a developer, Aaron Marzwell is committed to creating more affordable housing for the workforce.
