I started by first business when I was 25 to buy distressed mortgages from banks in 2010. That fund has returned 21% IRR since inception.

I was an early employee at Namely where I helped grow revenue from 0-1 million ARR.

At Greenhouse, I was the first Director of Sales and helped grow revenue from 800k to 40M ARR over 4 years.

After Greenhouse, I helped Heap go from 10M to 35M ARR at the Director of Sales Enablement.

Most recently I was the #1 Enterprise sales rep at Orum, closing key deals wtih SAP, ZScaler, HP, and Ramp helping the company grow from 1M to 30M of ARR.

I started full time on Itero in August of 2024.
