Legal Experience
Aaron Ogletree is an attorney, arbitrator, investigator and mediator. He is a co-founder of the Alternative Dispute Solutions Centre in Zimbabwe. He serves as an arbitrator with leading alternative dispute resolution panels, including the American Arbitration Association International Centre for Dispute Resolution and Court of Arbitration for Sport. He was a facilitator with the Canadian Bar Association International Initiatives training Kenyan and Ugandan lawyers in the best practices of arbitration and mediation.

Leadership Experience
He served as chair of the Canadian Bar Association National International Law Section and Ontario Bar Association’s Natural Resources and Energy Law Section. He also served as a member of the International Law Section Council of the State Bar of Michigan, the Canadian Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section Executive, and on the board of trustees for the Phi Iota Alpha Fraternity Inc.
Education
He earned his JD in 2003 from the University of Minnesota Law School, mini-MBA Professional Certificate in 2025 from Miami University, and his BA degree, magna cum laude, in 2000 from Wayne State University.

He has been named by Super Lawyers as a Michigan Rising Star, 2025 recipient of the 2025 Elite Lawyer award, 2017–2018 recipient of the National Bar Association’s “40 Under 40 Nation’s Best Advocates” award, 2018 recipient of The Network Journal’s 40 Under Forty Achievers award, and named to the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation.
