Dr. Aaron Rossi received his medical degree from the University of Sint Eustatius School of Medicine in 2012 after graduating from Elmhurst College in 2006. During medical school, Dr. Rossi discovered his interest in private medical practice management and continued to develop his skills as he progressed through different roles in the healthcare industry. He believes helping physicians navigate the ever-changing healthcare landscape is his passion, and he developed a private practice management model that quadrupled revenue in under four years.

In March 2018, Dr. Rossi purchased PAL Health Technologies, a forty-year-old national prescription custom foot and ankle orthotic fabrication laboratory. Later that year, Dr. Rossi founded Reditus Laboratories, LLC, which initially focused on dermatopathology and histology with only eight employees. In December 2019, Reditus Laboratories added PCR testing for infectious diseases. They acquired their first real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) machine to diagnose soft tissue and wound infections.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in March 2020, Aaron Rossi promptly responded by shifting production at PAL to face shields for first responders and hospital systems throughout the United States. Reditus Laboratories quickly became notable for providing PCR COVID-19 testing to organizations nationwide, including the United States Customs and Border Patrol, the Illinois Department of Public Health, and several schools and hospitals. By the end of 2020, Reditus had processed approximately five million COVID RT-PCR tests using FDA EUA SARS-CoV2 molecular assay.

Reditus Laboratories operates 24/7, processing up to 35,000 SARS-COv2 tests daily and providing results within 24 hours. They maintain HIPAA compliance and are CLIA certified while adhering to the CAP Laboratory Accreditation Program standards. Reditus also expanded its capabilities to genetic sequencing, explicitly looking for COVID-19 variants among positive samples. They offer FluV19 At-Home Collection Kit, which allows patients to collect their specimens from home and test for Influenza A and B and SARS CoV2.

Dr. Aaron Rossi's philanthropy includes donating over $3 million in COVID-19 tests to Peoria Public Schools and Unit 5 in Bloomington, Illinois, and providing donations to several local colleges. He partnered with Easter Seals to expand access to healthcare, education, and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
