An Account Executive with Eastman Kodak Company, Aaron Saffa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1996. Since 2008, Saffa has interacted directly with the producers of television commercials and films, discussing the use of motion picture film in their projects. In this capacity, he monitors sales, generating data from day-to-day and forecasting trends while visiting Eastman Kodak customers on film sets, at events, and in the office.

As the filmmaking industry increasingly turns to digital technologies, Aaron Saffa works to maintain the market share for motion picture film. In addition to his Bachelor's degree, Aaron Saffa received training in radio promotions and production from KLA Radio during his time as an undergraduate. He has also completed record production and cinematography workshops at UCLA. After graduating, Saffa accepted a position as a Production Manager and Coordinator with Bonfire Films, where he handled the administrative and organizational details for commercials and music video productions.

Aaron Saffa ultimately became the Head of Production of Bonfire Films for two years before leaving to spend more time pursuing his interest in music. At that point he took a job with Eastman Kodak and began forming the band that would later become ultrabend. From 2004 to 2006, Aaron Saffa served as the Manager and Promoter of his rock group, Fractious, in which he also acted as performer and the band's primary songwriter. During those two years, the group took multiple national tours, made radio and television appearances, and released records.

In January 2006, Aaron Saffa accepted a position as a Project Manager with Encompass Media, Inc., where he coordinated a wide range of marketing campaigns. He was quickly promoted to Director of Operations and then to Account Executive. In that capacity, he managed programs for several major clients, including Intel Corporation, Sprint, MGM, Yahoo! Inc., and Verizon Wireless. He also established new business relationships with Blockbuster, Random House, Inc., and US Airways. Aaron Saffa left Encompass Media, Inc. in June 2008 to take up his current position with Eastman Kodak.
