I'm a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelors degree in Global Economics and Latin American studies. I am obsessed with middle class economic and urban development, and prefer to read my news in either Spanish and Portuguese.
My passion for multicultural marketing reaches far beyond most job descriptions, which is why I founded CommuniColor Marketing. Free from the consent of a corporate authority, I enjoyed the freedom to create profitable communications strategies for clients who desired to genuinely understand the nuances of growing diverse cultures.
In a past professional life, I emailed every single food company in every single country in the world as a B2B digital marketer for the world's largest compliance company in the world. For this massive responsibility, I developed a mastery of organization, communication and cultural competency.
Still, despite working for 3+ years on projects for brands such as Dominos, Starbucks, Nooka and countless nonprofit theaters, museums and scholarship foundations, I haven't managed to work out what I want to be when I grow up. I just hope it involves something much bigger than myself.
