Having worked in a quite strategic environment I experienced how much I value the long-term strategic impact of my work. Dedicating my work and professional development to digitalization and digital transformation, I am really happy with the current direction the industry is taking.

My goal is to have a profound impact on a long-term time horizon. Wherein it is mandatory to involve people and embrace personalities! And only as a last step, I would look into augmenting this with technology. Whether the whole transformation is holistically building on a new business model, only feasible through digitalization or it will come in after defining the core change.
