Aaron Baker founded and is Managing Director of Baker & Associates Registered Investment Advisor (BARIA) LLC.

At BARIA we seek to identify business development, investment and financing opportunities as well as assist in private placement arrangements for individuals and organizations.

We engaged in the analysis and assessment of investment opportunities with a focus on actively adding value to client relationships through strategic growth utilizing resources that provide a cross section of financial and technical skills.

We work in the “Alternative Investments” market. With a focus on assuring the security of client funds and a reasonable return considering various risk parameters. Alternative investments for us include Pre-IPO secondary market shares (Buy/Sell), International Real Estate and “Impact investments” which are investments made into companies, organizations, and funds with the intention to generate a measurable, beneficial social and environmental impact alongside a financial return.

Impact investments can be made in both emerging and developed markets and target a range of returns from below-market to above-market rates, depending upon the circumstances and investor requirements.

We teach, mentor and support the teaching of Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy in urban communities.

We nurture startups and accelerate growth.

We invest in people and projects in urban communities.
