Abayomi is a creative and innovative individual who is passionate about public service, child and family welfare, youth and workforce development, nonprofit management and leadership, human capital, economic growth, community impact, and creating solution to enhance human well-being. He is a graduate of Business Administration from the University of Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria and Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia.

He is an ardent advocate of business growth, visibility, productivity, profitability, and community empowerment initiatives for young individuals as a tool of strategic economic growth to confer financial power and freedom from all forms of oppression, marginalization, and vulnerabilities.

Due to his passion for making positive impact and influence, he has authored 4 books; The Making of A Hero, Value Pathway, Pre-Marriage Guide, and Content Bank. He created a learning platform, AddValue Now Africa, that encourages relevant skill empowerment initiatives, helps to discover, develop, and deploy potentials in fulfilling purpose, and prepare for global and perpetual relevance. He has through this platform trained over 2000 individuals since June 2019.

In 2021, he was selected as a Mentor of The Tony Elumelu Foundation, the leading champion of entrepreneurship in Africa.

He is always ready to take up higher learning programs that will equip him with an in-depth approach to upholding the principles, values, and ethics of HR, leadership, business growth, and community impact.

He's ready to leverage his HR experience to foster positive and prductive workplaces by integrating best practices for-profit, non-profit, and public sectors to enhance data-driven leadership and business growth, brand visibility, productivity, profitability, and promote social justice.

His goal is to become a highly sought-after Management Consultant to bridge the gap between for-profit, nonprofit and public sectors, harnessing the strengths of each sector to drive social impact, economic growth and human well-being through innovative solutions.
