I have over 15 years of professional experience as a Health Care Professional in various capacities: Clinical Practice as well as Health Informatics, Data Analysis, Clinical Research, Project Management and Quality Improvement.
I hold a Doctorate of Medicine as well as a Master in Public Health (MPH), and am currently attending University of Toronto enrolled in the Executive Master's in Health Informatics to hone my health informatics skillset.
I am highly skilled at transferring clinical and health knowledge into informatics formats data, as well as at clinical data science, clinical research, improving health quality (including CQI, TQM, Six Sigma and 5S strategies), health promotion and managing projects and programs successfully.
I have substantial knowledge and extensive experiences professionally; specifically in ‘Addiction & Mental Health’ regarding research, prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, education, and management domains. Fully proficient with computers and technology, including Microsoft Office products, MS Project, Visio, SAS, SPSS, RapidMiner, Tableau, REDCap and EndNote; are my strengths in the digital field.
My great passion is improving clinical work-flow through the use of health informatics solutions, particularly, data sciences, development of Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) and predictive analysis.
