There is only one thing you should know. I sort of love food. I love baking, the science behind cooking, creatively putting a dish together, and tasting the aftermath.
I am still on my way to putting my own recipes together, so until then, this is a blog dedicated to tasting and trying new recipes. I will tell you how difficult the recipe was to prepare, how it tasted, and whether or not I will try to make the dish again. I will however, adjust recipes to my diet and taste buds.
