Mr. Abdirisak Ahmed Ali (Gelinbacayn) is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in academia and community service.

Currently, he serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Red Sea University in Somalia. He is also an elected City Councillor for Bosaso District (Municipality).

He is the founder of the Health and Wellness Initiative for IDPs of Bosaso District, focusing on community service projects that benefit vulnerable and marginalized groups.

Mr. Abdirisak is a 2024 Royal African Award continental winner from the Ooni of Ife Kingdom, recognized as one of the 100 outstanding young leaders in Africa.
