Abdul Aziz

I am Abdul Aziz Ch, a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, CEO of Healing Body, Mind & Soul Clinic, and a PhD Scholar in Clinical Psychology at Superior University, Lahore. My clinical work focuses on the assessment and evidence-based treatment of children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, depression, stress-related conditions, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

My professional interests include psychological assessment, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), trauma-informed interventions, mindfulness-based approaches, neuroregulation, and psychological research. Alongside clinical practice, I actively contribute to research, academic teaching, and professional training to advance mental health care and promote evidence-based psychological practice.

Through my publications, educational content, and clinical services, I aim to make high-quality psychological care, research, and mental health education more accessible to individuals, families, professionals, and organizations.
