Abdullah Patel

I’m Abdullah Patel, REALTOR® with RE/MAX Metropolis Realty, serving Durham Region and the Greater Toronto Area.

My approach to real estate is shaped by experience beyond the industry itself. I have a background in marketing, construction, business and sales, giving me a practical understanding of both the property and business sides of a transaction.

I studied Marketing through Durham College and Ontario Tech University and worked as a Project Manager for a luxury custom home builder in Durham Region. I later expanded my education into Construction Science and completed HCRA licensing studies through PHBI Institute. I also studied Automotive Law & Ethics at Georgian College.

Throughout my career, I’ve started and operated businesses across the automotive, construction, convenience and petroleum industries. These experiences have given me hands-on knowledge in project management, construction, renovations, contracts, negotiations, marketing, operations and customer service.

Today, I help first-time home buyers, homeowners, investors, landlords, developers and businesses with residential, commercial, freehold, condominium, pre-construction, investment, land and leasing opportunities.
