I'm still the Medical Director at the university of science and technology hospital in Sana'a, Yemen. As part of my responsibilities, I work closely with the CEO and the Management Team (MT). Key responsibilities of the Medical Director include overseeing medical services and operations, setting performance goals and monitoring for improvement, managing staff, planning, and representing USTH in outside meetings as needed.

Most recently, I worked as Medical Consultant at United Insurance Company Sana’a where my responsibilities included Consultant, project management, planning, and reporting, evaluation.

In addition to having extensive experience managing health programs, I have the ability to listen, provide guidance, and foster sound team dynamics pedagogy and organizational skills in leadership.

In addition to adapting quickly to a challenging situation, I have superior analytical and problem-solving skills.

I managed to work in a volatile security environment and political uncertainty.

Previously, I worked as Qualitymanager (Consultant) and Head of emergency department at university and science of technology hospital Sana’a.

My background is in the medical field, emergency response, health, and nutrition.
