My experience includes the following:Resourcing:

1- Providing full Life cycle recruitment services.

2- Specific recruitment processing tasks include: short listing candidate CV’s against job descriptions, updating vacancy and applicant status within the recruitment procedure, arranging interview schedules and conducting interviews.

3- Online Recruitment - Making Boolean Searches (Strings) on Job-boards(REED,MONSTER,CW Jobs,Job serve, Jobsite, Indeed, The Ladders), Social Networking websites(LinkedIn) & Internal Databases to extract relevant candidates by matching desired skills & experiences. Sourcing candidates through searches, job postings on the Internet, employee referrals, candidate referrals, In-house database and Personal Network, both for Permanent & Temporary Positions.

4- Generating candidate database through advertising, job sites, referrals, headhunting and search engines.

5- Preparing Offer Letter for selected candidates and Letter of Rejection for unsuccessful candidates

6- Preparing monthly/weekly vacancy listings and reports

7- Preparing Permanent/contract templates for selected candidates

8- Working and reporting directly to clients including Director.
