I was not born as a leader, but I struggled to be one!

Being inspired by my dream, I majored, during the university, in interpreting & translating from English to Arabic, and vice versa. My passion leads me to work as a professional interpreter, even before graduating, for many NGOs & formal organizations inside and outside Syria (UNICEF, Swiss Consulate, AUDI, & others). I worked also as a translator for a publishing house translating /5/ books (2 were published & 3 under-printing).

Afterwards, I decided to bring a fresh challenge and become a journalist. For five years, I wrote & developed editorial content for many websites, in both Arabic and English, and I published more than 1,500 articles.

My passion with volunteer work and culture made me try to make an initiative regarding supporting the cultural and volunteer movement in Aleppo which I called it «Eye on Aleppo – EnAlep.com». This initiative gathered thousands of members and followers through its diverse channels (printed & electronic). This initiative reaches its sixth year now.

I have a 13-year of volunteering in many NGOs such as: Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC), Junior Chamber International (JCI), Syria Family Planning Association (SFPA), City Council of Aleppo Volunteer team (Child Friendly City Team), Strategy of development Aleppo (Madinatuna), and other. Voluntarism becomes a part of my identity, and a part of who I am.

This profile reflects my professional journey through the past years, and enables me to put my careers in journalism, interpreting, and volunteering. It describes & enlists all my achievements and steps and I made through my journey.

It is an open invitation for you to be part of my network and give me the chance to be part of yours like the old saying:

Your network….. is your net worth
