I’m Abel D’Cruz — husband, father, business leader, and mentor based in Singapore. As a Division Manager and founding partner of Bio-Globe Singapore, I lead one of the most dynamic direct marketing teams, helping people from all walks of life build skills, confidence, and financial independence.

My journey began at 20 with nothing more than determination and a vision. From a young sales representative to training business managers and mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, I’ve spent over 14 years proving that the right mindset, mentorship & drive can change lives. My leadership is rooted in faith, family, and the belief that success is best measured by the people you uplift along the way.

Today, I work with young entrepreneurs, working professionals, and dreamers ready to create a better future. Whether through business coaching, team leadership, or one-on-one mentorship, my mission is to help others grow not just in income, but in purpose.
