Hi, I'm Dr. Abel Okwor — a registered Dental Surgeon based in Lagos, Nigeria, on a mission to make quality dental care feel personal, trustworthy, and accessible.

Since qualifying with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Ibadan, I've completed my internship training and shortly afterwards, stepped into clinic leadership roles across multiple dental clinic branches in Lagos.

At those clinics I've had the privilege of independently managing, I've grown patient revenue, strengthened HMO partnerships, and — most importantly — built real relationships with the patients I treat. I believe good dentistry is as much about listening and communication as it is about technical skill.

Outside the clinic, I'm passionate about community health and education. I'm a first-author researcher on dental patient perception about halitosis (unpublished), a former team lead on a Change Project proudly sponsored by LEAP Africa, and a volunteer across several health and youth-development initiatives in Nigeria.
