I’m Abhi Raundal, a real estate professional and Director at Teerth Realties, with experience spanning real estate development, strategic planning, procurement, marketing, liaisoning, and organisational development. I joined Teerth Realties in 2017, and since then, my professional journey has been shaped by hands-on involvement across different functions and developments within the organisation.

I hold a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Westminster, which gave me an opportunity to develop a broader understanding of property development, planning, market dynamics, and the factors that influence successful real estate projects. The exposure to global practices during my academic journey continues to complement the practical experience I have gained through my work in the Indian real estate sector.

At Teerth Realties, my role involves working across areas such as planning, procurement, marketing, sales, liaisoning, and organisational development. This cross-functional experience has allowed me to understand real estate from multiple perspectives — from planning and coordinating project requirements to understanding customer expectations, strengthening internal processes, and supporting business and development objectives.

My professional experience has also given me an opportunity to closely observe the evolution of Pune’s real estate landscape. The city and its surrounding regions continue to develop through changes in infrastructure, connectivity, employment, technology, education, and urban expansion. Western Pune, PCMC, and emerging growth corridors reflect how changing infrastructure and economic activity can influence residential and commercial development.

I believe that modern real estate development goes beyond creating physical spaces. Location, connectivity, infrastructure, functionality, design, planning, customer expectations, and long-term urban requirements all contribute to how a development fits into its surrounding environment. Understanding these elements together is essential for creating spaces that remain relevant as cities and lifestyles evolve.

My experience across developments such as Teerth Towers, Teerth Aarohi Phase II, and Teerth Technospace has further strengthened my understanding of planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and the importance of building systems that support sustainable organisational growth.

I have a strong interest in architecture, design, innovation, and the evolving relationship between people and the spaces they occupy. I believe that thoughtful design and structured development can contribute meaningfully to the way communities and cities grow.

For me, real estate brings together strategy, planning, execution, market understanding, design, and long-term thinking. As Pune continues to evolve, I remain focused on learning continuously, strengthening my understanding of the industry, and contributing to Teerth Realties while exploring new perspectives on the future of real estate development.
