At Azentio (erstwhile 3i Infotech), My current remit is EMEA business growth of Banking & Capital Markets platforms namely Wealth, Portfolio, Fund & Treasury Management, Lending, Core Banking (Islamic & Conventional), AML, Factoring & Trade Finance solutions. I was also overlooking the APAC markets initially and was responsible for a big turnaround of securing the largest mandate from this region. It was due this exceptional performance, I was made shoulder the responsibility of EMEA market.
At Credence Analytics, I led Sales and Strategy function for APAC region driving sales of Wealth, Investment & Treasury Management, Trust & Private banking, Robo advisory platforms. The success this was witnessed by us winning the IBS Intelligence Sales League Table. I had received the best Sales Leader award from our CBO for the exceptional business turnaround for the region.
At Newgen I led the Strategy & Sales Function for BFSI vertical for South Asia (including Indian Subcontinent) for its BPM, DMS, CCM, RPA & Mobility platforms. I had tripled the annual sales revenue within the market under my remit. Awarded best sales leader award from the management.
Prior to Newgen, I have worked with World’s Best & Largest Sales performance Consulting firm Korn Ferry (erstwhile AchieveGlobal) where I advised, trained & consulted Fortune 500 companies on Sales Performance Improvement. Earlier, I worked with Edgesys Consulting, XL Dynamics, Accenture and Informatics in various Sales/ consulting roles.
I am an Engineering (electronic & Instrumentation) Graduate & with 2 Post Graduate Diplomas, one in Financial Risk Management and other in Energy Regulation. I am also the founder/Moderator of a 23000+ Member strong LinkedIn group called "Management Consulting & Business Analysis".
