I am currently shaping Credence Analytics APAC business by new customer acquisitions, improving customer satisfaction with existing customers and growing wallet size from them, expanding and setting up local sales and presales teams. Its Work In Progress !!!

Before Credence, I lead the Strategy & Sales Function for BFSI vertical at Newgen Software Technologies where I manage the sales & presales team for driving sales revenue for Newgen's BPM, DMS, CCM, Big Data Analytics & Mobility Products.

Prior to Newgen, I have worked with World’s Best & Largest Sales performance Consulting firm AchieveGlobal where I advised, trained & consulted Fortune 500 companies on Sales Performance Improvement. I am a certified Trainer and Consultant in Professional Selling Skills, Winning Account Strategies and Sales Strategy Mapping

Earlier, I worked with Edgesys Consulting, XL Dynamics, Accenture and Informatics in different capacities and functions of sales, account management, presales, business analysis, and channel sales. I have also been associated with 10 EQS as a Consultant where I delivered several market research, Industry Assessment and Benchmarking & consulting assignments for top global firms.

I am an Engineering Graduate & with 2 Post Graduate Diplomas, one in Risk Management and other in Energy Regulation. I am also the founder/Moderator of a 10,000 Member strong LinkedIn group called "Management Consulting & Business Analysis".
