Abhinandan Nath Tripathi
I am Abhinandan Nath Tripathi, working in Arhat Technologies as Director... I did B. Sc.(IT) in the year 2004 & then ACHNP course from an reputed institute in Delhi, IN. I started my career as a Desktop Support Engineer for ITC Ltd., a well known FMCG company of India, in Renovision Automation Services Pvt. Ltd. in late 2007. Later as per the performances in the projects and appreciations from clients, I entitled to Global Service Managemement Centre (GSMC), Wipro InfoTech, Mysore on core role in 2009 which gave me second step to ITES (IT Enterprise Service) world... Every Day had new challenge and lots of opportunities to learn the service industry... I had passed internal ITIL v3 Certifications with A+ score in very short period.
By this time, I had pleasure of being acquainted with one of the employee of Wipro Infotech Ltd., Manage IT Division, Mysore.
Later I appointed as "Associate Engineer - Network Management" and supported for the global network of "HDFC Bank" in Wipro. After 2 years of successful timeframe and learnings, I got opportunity as Help Desk Manager - IT for Wipro BPO as my new client. I enjoyed and learnt management basics for global customers. My role was to manage the performance of Level 1 and Level 2 services & support to clients (internal and external) and ensured that service levels were achieved. To ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded. Responsible for ensuring different domain-engineers are meeting and exceeding expectations in regards to their performance, meeting defined metrics/benchmarks, and the standards and processes are followed to provide effective customer service and meet requirements.
I invested 6years and 9 months of my first career life with or within Wipro InfoTech Ltd. After time spans and family condition, I came back to hometown and now Enriching Arhat Technologies as a Director to serve and guide new generation of Siwan.
