Abhishek Garodia is the Founder of PlayEnable, a two-sided marketplace for sports and fitness activities. PlayEnable matches sports enthusiasts with facilities so that it is easier for Sports & Fitness enthusiasts to access find and book tennis courts, yoga classes, football pitches and very importantly, book them too.
Previously, Abhishek worked in his family business in India, Transmission Line Products, a power transmission equipments manufacturing company. Prior to that he founded another startup BanyanLogix, a mechanical engineering workshare solutions provider, which worked which worked with clients from Israel, Canada and the US.
In 2011, while doing his MBA, Abhishek also undertook internships at Honeywell Energy Solutions (UK), the Philippine Stock Exchange and completed an exchange-term at the Australian Graduate School of Management in Sydney.
Abhishek has an MBA from London Business School. He also holds an Electronics and Communications Engineering degree from PES Institute of Technology, Bangalore. Abhishek’s business PlayEnable, is also part of the London Business School incubator for 2012-13.
