Last autumn I was riding my bike around London when, suddenly, I found myself hurtling head first over my handlebars.

Pro-active pedestrians scraped a startled, bloody, but otherwise in tact me off of the road and did what any self respecting Brit would in the situation; dragged me to the nearest pub. The barman took one look at me and ran away screaming. The manager patched me up.

With a gift for overreacting, I took the life hint and booked myself on the next flight out to Sydney, where I now call 'home'. I haven't been on a bike since.

When I'm not walking along coastal paths and learning the vernacular, I spend my time in Australia honing the training, customer success, community management, copywriting and sales skills developed at Yammer, Microsoft and WM360.

I continue to indulge my inner tech geek in everything from Mashable to Musk. Newbie writer in progress.
