Have you ever sat down in a restaurant and been annoyed with the lack of vegetarian options available to order? The menu consists of a small list of bland, typical options that are offered on every menu in every restaurant. Annoyed and not wanting to be that person that asks the server a million questions you settle for the salad like always. I became a vegetarian when I was 16 simply for the reason that the thought of eating meat disgusted me. Five years later I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I have learned how to balance my nutrition and by cutting out meat have allowed myself to fuel my body with vitamins and nutrients rather than simply fill it. My goal is to allow you to do the same by providing delicious recipes and confirming that eating green really is the new black and that cutting meat from your diet significantly benefits your body.
