Graduating as a Computer Scientist from Monash University and later qualifications in International Business and Marketing, he joined Hewlett-Packard as a Research Engineer.

Completing a management buy-out of HP's Australian R&D Division, he co-founded ManageSoft, Australia's first '.com' and largest exporter of software in the 1990s (by weight!). The developer of Deutscher Bank's first internet banking system.

Over four decades of experience working with some of the best software engineering, marketing, sales, and management has him to experience working with both large and small companies in Australia and globally. He is always on the journey to distil the best of these experiences and talents to benefit the next generation of entrepreneurs.
