My name is Bryan J. Fleming, but many creatives around the world know me as “Savage”.
I come with 9 years of experience in operations, 2 years of experience in music and 27 years of enjoying music (my whole life).
My goal as an Artist Management Service / Boutique Consulting firm is to help each artist on my roster reach $100K to $1MM+ per year in music revenue from Streams, Live Shows, Merch sales, and Paid Collaborations and position Artists to do exactly that within 10 to 22 months of working with me and my partner network.

I’m from both Los Angeles, California and the North New Jersey & NYC area, and work on hired projects for Operations Management on behalf of Start Ups and Mid Size teams when I’m not working with Recording Artists.
I have worked in financial services, credit repair consulting and have a valuable set of resources when it comes to Artist Funding strategies.
Although I‘m super selective with who I take on as a Managed Artist, I have services, products and resources available for any Recording Artist looking to further their success the quickest ways possible in 2022!
