About Me

I am a Law Graduate from Universiti Malaya, driven by a deep-seated passion for activism, advocacy, and the intricate intersections of law, politics, and public policy. My journey in the Malaysian activism scene has been defined by a commitment to serving both students and citizens, taking on high-impact roles that bridge the gap between grassroots mobilization and structured policy reform.

Currently, I am an Analyst at a leading Think Tank, where I channel my legal training into the rigorous study of current affairs and public policy. Prior to this, I honed my research skills as an intern with UNDI18, contributing to the movement that fundamentally reshaped the Malaysian electoral landscape.

My leadership trajectory at Universiti Malaya has been extensive, culminating in my term as President of the Universiti Malaya Student’s Union (UMSU) 2024/2025. Leading the student union followed my tenures as President of Suara Siswa and Yang di-Pertua of the Kongres Mahasiswa. These roles, alongside my time as Head of Advocacy for UMSU and Director of UM Lex ACT, allowed me to champion student rights and legislative awareness on campus.

Beyond university, I have extended my reach into national advocacy as the Co-Founder and Director of Legal & Policy for Himpunan Advokasi Rakyat Malaysia (HARAM). This role allowed me to apply a legal lens to national-level mobilization, ensuring that the voice of the people is supported by sound legal and policy frameworks. I remain dedicated to making sure we remain smarter, more engaged, and more empowered citizens.
