Often times I have heard people ask Musicians these questions
What instrument do you play? Are you good at it?
The last question has been one of the reasons I thrive to be a better musician everyday till I can confidently say ‘YES’ as answer when asked, “Are you good at it?”

I fell in love with music at the age of eight when I started attending Anglican Church with my Grandparents, I loved how the choir sang and would try to imitate what I heard.

I never thought I’d be a Musician one day but always wanted to, It’s something I knew my parents wouldn’t support as we have different views on musicians back home.
When parents hear “ I want to be a musician” they only think of circular musicians who are often attributed to scandals and immortality.

Nonetheless I kept my music dream alive, I bought a 5 octave keyboard and started self studies, while I was studying Marine Engineering in the Philippines.

While studying Marine Engineering, I organized a band that went on to win Battle of the Band on two different occasions during our University week, I also volunteered as a church keyboardist in two two churches.
My passion started in church and I have always loved giving back in the church.

At present I am a taking up piano performance at the University of Santo Thomas Conservatory of Music, and also the Pianist of Malayang Pilipino at FIJ City Church.
I am also a piano teacher and my goal as a musician is to help others give a confident yes when asked “are you good at it?” This is the reason I hope to own a Piano Studio in the nearest future.
