Ann Dee moved to The Woodlands from Madison, Wisconsin in July 2004 and is entering her 9th year in real estate. Ann Dee specializes in guiding buyers through the home buying process, is an Accredited Buyers Representative, and helps ensure that each buyer reaches their dream of owning a home. Ann Dee strives to provide her clients with superior service during her mission to find them the perfect home. As a resident of The Woodlands, Ann Dee has an extensive knowledge of the area and all the amenities it has to offer. By analyzing the market and understanding the buyers’ wants and needs, Ann Dee guides her clients with patience and integrity and has a willingness to answer any questions that arise from mortgage qualification to the closing process. Ann Dee has the experience to make the home buying experience more enjoyable and less stressful! Before becoming a Buyer’s Specialist, Ann Dee spent 10 years as an outside sales representative.
Ann Dee’s husband of 40 years, Jan, is the Rabbi of Congregation Beth Shalom of The Woodlands. She has two children, Lisa and Steven. Lisa resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she is a doctoral candidate at the University of Pennsylvania and the Director of Learning and Research at the Pittsburgh Children’s Museum. Steven resides in Brooklyn, New York with his wife Tamara where he is a professional photographer.
Ann Dee enjoys walking her dog Mooshey every morning and quilting when time permits.
