Abram Lucabaugh, affectionately referred to as "Abe," has long been a distinguished figure in educational leadership, formerly serving as the Superintendent of the Central Bucks School District in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania. Born in Hanover, Pennsylvania, he has consistently dedicated his career to enhancing educational practices, employing his profound expertise in leadership to facilitate significant positive transformations within his community.

His educational pathway commenced with a B.S.E. in English from Millersville University, obtained in 1995. He furthered his academic pursuits with an M.S. in Educational Administration from Gwynedd-Mercy University in 2002 and, later, an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Delaware Valley University in 2017.

Throughout his career, he has embraced various pivotal roles. Initially, he worked as an English Teacher at Hatboro-Horsham High School in the Hatboro-Horsham School District, where he innovatively designed a PSSA training seminar focused on enhancing interdisciplinary writing. His ascent in educational leadership continued with administrative roles as Assistant Principal at both Keith Valley Middle School and Tohickon Middle School. His drive and commitment to education led him to the role of Principal at Central Bucks High School East, where he undertook significant initiatives, including extensive construction and renovation projects, all aimed at improving the school environment.

From 2018 to 2021, Lucabaugh served as the Assistant Superintendent for Secondary Education, managing the district's eight secondary schools and significantly contributing to the development of secondary education faculty and administrators.
