I am a social entrepreneur and youth development practitioner dedicated to building platforms that empower young people to lead change in their communities.

As the Founder and Executive Director of UNCORA, I work at the intersection of youth leadership, climate action, culture, education, community development, and social innovation. My work focuses on creating opportunities for young people to engage in meaningful dialogue, develop leadership skills, and implement solutions to local and national challenges.

Alongside my work in the nonprofit sector, I serve as Creative Manager at Media Mix Communications, where I contribute to strategic communications, branding, event management, and creative storytelling.

I also serve as a Board Member of The Nutrification, supporting initiatives that promote nutrition, wellness, and public health awareness.

Over the years, I have led and contributed to conferences, summits, festivals, advocacy campaigns, and youth engagement programs across Bangladesh, working with development organizations, educational institutions, local governments, and community stakeholders.
