Mr. Siddique was born and raised in Bangladesh and graduated in medical sciences (MBBS) from Sir Salimullah Medical College Dhaka University and received his Master of Public Health diploma from Columbia University, NY.
He awarded Educational Merit Scholar from the year 1989 to 1999 during his course of education in Bangladesh and also acquired full scholarship (Fogarty international, USA) to study in Columbia University, NY.
He worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator for 9 years for the 'Health Effects and Geochemistry of Arsenic and Manganese' research study. This is a NIEHS funded Superfund research program, conducted by Columbia University and field area in Bangladesh.
Currently he is working as a Research Assistant at department of Epidemiology in Tulane University, LA.
