I’m Abdul Kareem Abu Afif (Kareem Rabayah), Founder and Owner of Unique House for Marble & Granite, one of Oman’s leading exporters of Omani marble.

With over 20 years of experience in the marble and natural stone industry, I have built Unique House into a significant player in Oman’s marble export sector. Based on our annual export volume, we estimate that the company ranks among the top six Omani marble exporters by quantity, supplying customers and major projects across Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and other international markets.

Our strength lies not only in volume, but also in our ability to source and supply high-quality Omani marble consistently, supported by our own transportation fleet and strong relationships with leading producers and suppliers across Oman.

Beyond the marble industry, my business activities include transportation and logistics, as well as real estate investments in Jordan, the UAE, and other markets.

Throughout my career, I have built my business around three core principles: quality, reliability, and trust. I believe long-term success comes from delivering consistently, honoring commitments, and building partnerships that grow stronger over time.

Today, I continue to expand Unique House’s presence across the GCC and international markets while proudly promoting Omani marble worldwide.
