Kingston Beach Arts Hub

Kingston Beach, Tasmania, Australia

The Kingston Beach Arts Hub Gallery was established in June 2012 at Kingston Beach Hall.
Since its establishment in 1933, the Kingston Beach Hall has been the hub of the community. For decades it was the place where the community gathered to enjoy Friday night dances and Saturday night cinema. There were also numerous birthdays and weddings held here with various arts, music and dance classes conducted over the past 80 years.
The Hall remains a community hub and the Gallery provides artists with the opportunity exhibit in Kingborough’s only professional gallery. The Kingston Beach Arts Hub Gallery offers a modern display system and plinths for 3D works, the latest in gallery lighting, a digital projector and screen as well as a beautiful Tasmanian Oak floor.
The Gallery is connected wirelessly to the Internet via the NBN, which enables connections with artists and clients from around Tasmania, mainland Australia and international destinations.
