I am a Minority Disabled Veteran from the United States Navy and former officer of the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, DC. I am the founder and Chief Executive Officer of VENUTEC™, and now its current Creative Director.

I am also the Creative Director for Linden Resource, a 55-year Non-Profit helping to provide employment I served as the former Public Relations Director for the Rotary Club of Centreville and Chantilly, the former Multi-Media Director for Operation Renewed Hope Foundation (ORHF), and the former Media Relations Director for Business Network International (BNI) - Centreville Referral Team. My company manages the Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn Pages of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce, Operation Renewed Hope Foundation (ORHF), the Rotary Club of Centreville and Chantilly, BNI-Centreville, Sweet City Desserts, Bistro 7107, Photo Forty-Two, and APNA Consultancy Group. Venutec just recently won the contract for the complete overhaul and management of The Executive Women's Roundtable's Branding, Website, and social media Pages.

So, who are we? Venutec™ is a Multimedia Specialist with a broad portfolio in the areas of Design, Publication and Management for online and printed media. It is a certified Small Minority-Owned Business (SWaM), registered with Dunn & Bradstreet (D&B;) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), as well as the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Venutec is a member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) organization, and a supporter of the Buy Veteran Initiative. Silvestre is the Creative Director of Operation Renewed Hope Foundation.
