Acheampong Tutu is a dedicated Development Consultant and accomplished social entrepreneur who seamlessly blends expertise in public sector policy with high-impact youth empowerment initiatives across Africa.

​Foundational Development & Professional Specialization

Acheampong's academic foundation is both broad and specialized, culminating in an MSc Development Finance (2019-2020) from the University of Ghana Business School, which built upon his earlier BA. Family and Consumer Science and Linguistics (2009-2013) from the University of Ghana. This educational track has been strategically augmented by key professional certifications, including a Corporate Leadership Professional Certificate (2021) and training in Business Continuity Planning (2022) from the Institute of Internal Auditors. His skills are further rounded out by an Executive Business Certificate (2016) from Logos Business School covering crucial areas like Project Management, Procurement, and NGO Management. Furthermore, his early involvement and leadership in platforms like the Ghana International Model United Nations Conference, Model ECOWAS Summit, where he received a certificate as conference Director (2013) and Citation as Commissioner (2014) respectively, underscore his proficiency in diplomacy and international affairs.

​Governance& Public Service

Acheampong currently serves as a Senior Officer under the Policy Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation at the Minerals Development Fund (Government of Ghana). In this critical governmental role, he is responsible for high-level duties including policy planning, budget development, monitoring, and evaluation. He leads the process of recommending and approving research, training, and project proposals to ensure the sustainable utilization of funds within the nation’s vital mining sector. This experience showcases his discipline, rigor, and strong administrative and coordination capabilities, directly applying his expertise from Development Finance.

​Social Impact

Complementing his work in governance, Acheampong is the Founder and President of Innovation for Empowerment and Development (IFED Global), an organization he established in 2015. Under his visionary leadership, IFED Global has cultivated a vast network spanning twenty African countries and has directly engaged over 10,000 young Africans through intellectually stimulating platforms. These include the signature International Youth Diplomacy Conference (IYDC), Global Junior Model United Nations Conference, Euro-Africa Youth Festival and the Africa Youth Festival, which chart paths for future leaders in diplomacy and several career developments.

​In addition to his professional and entrepreneurial endeavours, he is an assisting Pastor at the Heaven on Earth Sanctuary of the Victory Bible Church International situated in Trassaco of Accra-Ghana.
