Question: Can i drive clients to appointments etc, i have business car insurance?

my boss has asked me to take clients to appointments, not sure if this is right as i have only got business car insurance, which is for visiting clients, commuting to and from work, i was told to do a risk assessment as i only told my car insurance it was commuting to visit clients not sure if i will be covered, and many clients are high risk
