Sadna sankar is born to R sankar and Malathi Sankar couple her mother was born and brought up in Mumbai she was also a celebrated classical dancer from her school days .

she learnt classical dance from her mother when she was 3 year her father is an advocate was active in cultural activities too he is the founder secretary of Guruguhaana Sabha and organized many drama theatres karnatic musical shows during one such occasion Sadna was brought to the stage by veteran actor and drama titian R S Manohar in his celebrated Vishwamithra drama in one of its scene as new bond infant shakunthala when she was 3 months old later while doing her 5th standard Sadna started acting in selective Hindi movies and ad films also learnt western katak and other dances professionally.
