Ada Africa (popularly know as) is an Empowerment Strategist, Project Manager, Counselor, Mentor, Creative
Writer and Designer, Enterprise Developer and Leadpreneur. She is certified in Entrepreneurship
Management from both Northwestern University, Chicago, USA and Pan Atlantic University, Lagos.
She also underwent an Executive Program on Non-Profit Leadership and Management from the Lagos Business School. She acquired other developmental training on Leadership, Management and
Sustainability.
In 2013 she revived a 15-year dormant cosmetics manufacturing company in order to provide vulnerable local women with sustainable means of income. Within two years of operation, the company was exporting her products outside Nigeria.
Her 10 year of experience has been on alleviating the economic and social burden of women and youth living in the slums and rural communities.
Nkechi is a Mandela Washington Fellow; VVLead Fellow, PEPFAR Fellow, World Bank WomenX Scholar, WeConnect Nigeria Ambassador, and belongs to a couple of professional networks.
She has reviewed business plans and selected finalists for grants to help them startup or expand their enterprise. She
teaches entrepreneurship and mentors many startup entrepreneurs.
Nkechi has a burning passion building the entrepreneurship empowerment of youth. She volunteers with, Whispering Hope Africa Initiative (WHAIafrica) where she offers capacity building resources and training
to improve the lives of the people.
She does more of Value Orientation, Entrepreneurship Development, Creative works, and she is keen on helping the poor perform well.
She has dedicated her life to volunteering for social and
economic change and determined to succeed in her vision.
