I have a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, with an emphasis on dialogue, change processes and leadership development from Union Institute & University. I have taught Organizational Behavior for Concordia University and for the University of Phoenix. I have a Master in Educational and Developmental Psychology, from Andrews University. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and was trained in collaborative language systems at the Houston-Galveston Institute.
Have lived in different cultures (Cuba, Spain, Costa Rica, Mexico, Germany, and USA) which has given me a lifelong thirst for traveling and exploring cultural differences.
