Hello! My name is Ada, and I am from Perry, Georgia. I am a freshman at Kennesaw State University majoring in Early Childhood Education in hopes of becoming a second grade teacher. I moved to Kennesaw almost a week earlier than everyone else because I decided to go through sorority recruitment, and I received a bid from Alpha Xi Delta, and I could not be any more thrilled! I am planning on becoming very involved in my sorority over the next four years, as well as joining the KSU Wesley Ministry and getting involved with KSU Miracle, and many more great organizations.

I was born and raised in a small farm town called Perry, or "Perrydise" as the locals call it. My mom is an art teacher and has been teaching for sixteen years now; she is now teaching at a local elementary school. My dad has been working at Robins Air Force base for over twenty years now as an inventory management specialist. I have a younger sister who is sixteen and a junior in high school. She is a cheerleader and is the treasurer on student council. We have two cats, Moe and Cleo, and they are the best cats in the world (I'm not biased). My grandparents live close by back home, so my relationship with them is very strong and good. My family loves to go to the beach, so our favorite family tradition is going to Florida for a week during the summer with the four of us and my aunt, uncle, and two cousins. We are a very close family, and I would not have it any other way.

I went to the same school for thirteen years (sounds crazy, I know). It is a small private school called Westfield School. My dad went there, my mom taught there, I went there, and my sister is there now! I was very involved in my high school years. I was a football manager for the varsity football team all four years. I, along with a few other girls, attended practices and games and hauled coolers, bottles, equipment, and anything else you can think of around. I really enjoyed it, and I truly miss it. I was also in Beta Club, Tri-Hi-Y Club, Culinary Arts Club, Foreign Language Club, and Green Team. I also served as my grade's representative on the Honor Council for a year. I enjoy watching football and baseball (I love me some college football and professional baseball - go Braves!). I love all kinds of music and going to concerts; they are my escape from the craziness of the world (as well as why I am broke 99% of the time!). I love cooking, journaling, doodling, reading, online shopping, and watching Netflix shows.
