Adam is a highly experienced trial lawyer at the San Diego law firm of Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek focused on business litigation and white collar criminal defense/SEC investigations. He developed his skills as a trial lawyer while a Deputy District Attorney in the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office.

Adam graduated Harvard University in 2004, where he played wide receiver on Harvard’s varsity football team. For his work as a student-athlete, he was awarded the Francis H. Burr Scholarship Prize and the Patrick C. Melendez Award. Adam subsequently graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2008.

Adam tries to give back to his community as a board member for Episcopal Community Services, the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce Young Leader Board, the Federalist Society of San Diego, and his membership in the Downtown Breakfast Rotary.
