-I manage engineering and design resources used in the development of multimillion-dollar design packages

-I conduct design reviews, maintain compliance systems, and perform routine audits to ensure project goals are met

-I manage new product development, coordinate prototype builds, author design document revisions and manufacturing documents, design fixturing and perform equipment validation, and conduct personnel training

I Deliver on Engineering:

-I verify and validate new processes, perform installation qualification IQ, process characterization PC, operational qualification OQ, and performance qualification PQ to ensure processes meet corporate and FDA policies

-I mentor employees by sharing technical expertise and providing feedback and guidance

-I integrate automation solutions into manufacturing processes
